Last year i updated my Internet Security 4 days before it was due and those 4 days were added onto my renewal date.
So this year as ive already been receiving reminders that it expires on 27th May 2011 and would i like to renew i thought there wouldnt be an issues after purchasing Internet Security 2011 from my local WH Smith.
I clicked on renew and entered the new activation code.
However instead of the extra days being added from now till 27th May 2011 it now says it runs for another 366 days
So that means ive now lost 30 days
