Subscription ends earlier

Hi my subscription runs out 18thJanuary 2022 yet today 25th November 2021 it says I only have 22 days left. Where it should be 54 days

Be sure you have ensured that you have turned off the Automatic Renewal for your current subscription, or you will have to deal with trying to get a refund.

As you have already purchased the new subscription, a suggestion is to contact Norton Support and ask them to add the time of from your new product key to your existing subscription.     www.norton.com/contactcs  

 

Have tried  your suggestion but still no joy. I have purchased my 2022  360 premium I will wait till it runs out then install my new one

Please run from Classic view -> Help -> Subscription Status ... see if helps. 
Please check your Norton account for subscription details.
