3 days remaining but server error

Hi Zehrudin,

 

Main UI says subscription expired but the Subscription wizard shows 456 days remaining in your snapshot. When a product expires, main UI will enter into lock down state. Here it looks like the UI is not refreshed properly. So try Subscription Synchronization as Phil said and check for subscription days in the main UI.

My NIS is off because it says I need to subscribe.

I don't because i have 15 months left.

 

What is the problem here.
