Subscription expiration for Norton Internet Security

I have bought Norton Internet Security vide my Order Number : [Removed] Date of Order : 5/9/2014.
The Subscription Expiration Date for above is indicated as 5/12/2016, but the same is showing as subscription expired.

Kindly advice.

Your subscription appears to have expired. The new product line is called Norton Security. Which version to buy depends on how many devices you need protection for. They come as Standard, Deluxe, Premium. They are good for Computers- both Windows and Macs, Androids and Ios cell phones, and tablets.  Standard = 1 device, Deluxe _ 3 or  5 devices depending where you are located and Premium = 10 devices.

Do you have Active Subscription.  May 12th, 2016 is expired. 
Order Date = May 9th, 2014 and Expire Date = May 12th, 2016
Am I not understanding your concern..?   I'm assuming US format > month/date/year.
