Subscription Expired - Already Renewed

Hello there Norton Community!

The Norton website tells me my new subscription expires 8/27/2017. I clicked on the "Download" option and it sends me to a screen that says "Subscription Expired" with a big exclamation point. This really bothers me as I need my Norton 360 to work on my new installation of Windows.

From the main Norton screen, try clicking on Help - Subscription Status. This will connect to the subscription servers and sync your product.

 

Hi, Matt. Did you try to download from the Manage Norton site from your Norton Account ?   https://manage.norton.com/

Are you on Windows 10 ? If so, you need to fully shut down for Norton to correctly operate.

Also if enabled, Fast Start Up should be disabled as it can cause issues, too.
