I keep getting renewal notice E_Mails from Norton but I have renewed. I bought a code via E_Bay (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NORTON-360-2014-for-3PC-1-User-Electronic-Software-/221591990941?) N.B> This actual listing has ended but it's the same as ours.
The subscription status says we are protected for 341 days on 3 devices with a product serial number of [XXXXXXXXXXX]
I'm worried in case we bought a duff code which Norton doesn't know about.
We also seem to have problems creating and modifying program access rules in the firewall, could this be related?
