subscription FAIL

I have purchased Norton Internet Security around 2006 for 3 computers, I have connected to that account 3 computers, last year needed a reinstall and no problems, last night full scan and now in the morning I get error of live update fail, NIS not working. Only instruction to reinstall OK. DONE but now cannot subscript it back, and in my MANAGER site there was a mark 1/1 ? even hade 3 computers logged ( I PAY Normal payment for 3 license )

And he did not understand me, now he removed all computers from the account and leave it to 0/1 and only referred to the account only for one... did not get any answer WHY 3 computers on account and the price same for many years?

So now I ask, I have had the license long before the now day customer management site. Why wrong subscription license?

AND TWO of my computers are now without subscriptions "PROTECTION" AND WHY DO I PAY 69,00€ for one license?
