Hi,
I was just in the middle of purchasing NIS 2012. The fee showed up as $59 (after my coupon discount), but when I continued to checkout it changed to $78 with no explanation of the charge increase. Why is this step adding $20 to my order price? I notice the first area said taxes may apply, but that would be a pretty hefty tax if that is the case.
