I have recently renewed my NORTON Internet Security subscription - Product serial [Removed] - I have changed devices and wish to add my iMac.
Despite your headers stating that the product covers Windows, Android, iOS etc my attempt to add the iMac meets with "device not compatible"
Kindly provide an explanation/solution to this dilemma.
