First time on the forum so apologies if I'm in the wrong area for my topic.
Received automatic annual renewal notice starting Jan 2015 and something made me check the renewal history. Previous renewal was Jan 2014...so far so good. Then discovered I had paid annual renewal in June 2013 and June of all prior years. Effectively I had paid twice for the period Jan to June 2014. I can find no record of a notice of change to the renewal date and certainly no adjustment of the fee to accommodate the change. This of course is a lesson in keeping an eye on automatic renewals but we have faith don't we? Have I got something wrong or have I been fleeced. Care to refund me NORTON?
