By any chance did you add your new subscription 13 days ago?
When you add your new subscription you would then have two subscriptions one for 365 days and one for 26 days. Thirteen days later your new subscription would be 352 days remaining and your old subscription would be 13 days remaining.
When you login to your Norton account online does it shows one or two subscriptions as active?
Please run Help -> Subscription Status to sync with Norton servers.
