Everyday I receive a pop-up asking me to verify my subscription. When I click on the box it tells me it cannot connect to the Norton server.
My subscription was renewed last month and is valid until 2023.

How do I open the "360 classic interface" ?

Open Norton 360 for Classic window
The latest version of your Norton product opens the My Norton window up on launch. The My Norton window acts as a dashboard where you can view and manage your device security features and other entitlements. However, you can configure Norton to launch the Classic view when you start your Norton product. For more information, read My Norton product looks different.
If your subscription includes Norton Secure VPN but you cannot access the feature, your Norton product is in the Classic view. Access to certain features is available only through the My Norton window. In such cases, you may have to switch between the My Norton window and the Classic view.
Switch to the Classic view is not available on Norton 360 for Gamers.
Switch between My Norton and Classic windows
Start Norton.

How do I open the "360 classic interface" ?
Try opening the 360 classic interface and click on Help > Subscription Status. That will try to sync your product with the Norton subscription servers.
