Subscription Pop-Up being received every day

Everyday I receive a pop-up asking me to verify my subscription. When I click on the box it tells me it cannot connect to the Norton server. 

My subscription was renewed last month and is valid until 2023. 

Why is this happening?

How do I open the "360 classic interface" ?

The latest version of your Norton product opens the My Norton window up on launch. The My Norton window acts as a dashboard where you can view and manage your device security features and other entitlements. However, you can configure Norton to launch the Classic view when you start your Norton product. For more information, read My Norton product looks different.

If your subscription includes Norton Secure VPN but you cannot access the feature, your Norton product is in the Classic view. Access to certain features is available only through the My Norton window. In such cases, you may have to switch between the My Norton window and the Classic view.

Switch to the Classic view is not available on Norton 360 for Gamers.

Switch between My Norton and Classic windows

  1. Start Norton.

    <p>If you see the Norton classic window, click&nbsp;My Norton.</p>

<p>In the&nbsp;My Norton&nbsp;window, click the settings icon.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Under&nbsp;Launch View, do one of the following:</p>

<ul>
	<li>
	<p>To view&nbsp;My Norton&nbsp;window during launch, select&nbsp;My Norton.</p>
	</li>
	<li>
	<p>To view classic<strong> </strong>window during launch, select&nbsp;Classic.</p>
	</li>

  • In the notification area on the taskbar, right-click the Norton icon, and do one of the following:

	<p>To view&nbsp;<strong>My Norton</strong>&nbsp;window during launch, select&nbsp;<strong>Open My Norton</strong>.</p>
	</li>
	<li>
	<p>To view the <strong>Classic </strong>window during launch, select <strong>Open&nbsp;Norton 360</strong>.</p>
	</li>

How do I open the "360 classic interface" ?

Try opening the 360 classic interface and click on Help > Subscription Status. That will try to sync your product with the Norton subscription servers.
