I cancelled my subscription and waiting on a refund. It’s been 3 weeks, just wondering how long refunds usually take with Norton?

I have received a confirmation email through Norton “lifelock” store. 20th Jan the confirmation email was sent

Did you make your request through Norton Support? Did you get a confirmation email for the refund request.

There have been a couple of other users posting here about delayed refund payments.
