I am trying to renew my subsciption but the order is reject with "Error Number: 30060800 - 0". There is not a problem with the payment card and from the research on the net seems to indicate a comms error.
Cannot anyone at Symentac or Digital River help.
I am posting here as you can no longer order online and I cannot find a customer service telephone number or email address

Go to the bottom of the problem.
Digital River (the payment provider on the UK site) processed the transaction through their servers in Sweden which caused my bank to place a security block on the account.
US registered website - payment process via Sweden by a company that is registered in Ireland and Luxemburg of a payment card that registered in the UK. Of course it would causes problems
Thankfully I resolved this before I tried to use my card at the local supermarket. Not impressed
