After I renewed, my subscription started from today. I thought that a renewal should extend my old subscription date. So I lost the remaining days of my old subscription. I renewed 360 with the same product.
Contact Customer Support. They may able to check the details and add the old subscription.

How did you "Renew"? Did you do this OnLine to Norton or did you buy a copy of N360 retail and use the KEY?
If you used a new KEY it does wipe out any unexpired time and not add it on as a true Renew does.
But the good news we get is that if you go to Norton's OnLine Customer Support as below they very often will add the missing days on -- did you lose very many?
To contact customer support Click on this link and work on from there.
You can choose CHAT or Email; email or phone may have a long wait time and feedback from users tells us that CHAT is by far the best at resolving problems.
Note that that link is to the USA/CAN website so if you are located elsewhere I'm sure you will be able to find the equivalent location on your local Symantec website; some pages have a link at the top right where you can select the country you are located in.
