Subscription renewed too early

I had a paid subscription which was to end on April 2 2022. My credit card was incorrectly debited one month too early. How do I get this transaction reversed and never have my subscription auto paid in the future?

Thank you xjoex, I will give this a try now.  I cannot find where to turn off auto renewal after signing in to my Norton account though.

Call Norton support for a refund as soon as possible. Also, go into your Norton account online and shut off auto renew.
