Subscription Renewed Too Early

I renewed Norton last year; it was to last till 1 May 2023. It automatically renewed 28 March 2023. I've lost a month. How do I get that back? Thanks!

When you stop your subscription from automatically renewing:

  • Your subscription will continue through the end of your already paid subscription term, after which it will end and not automatically renew.

  • It typically takes a few hours from your request for the change to take effect.

  • Any benefits associated with automatically renewing subscriptions may end when you stop your subscription from automatically renewing.

After cancelling your recurring subscription, your subscription will not automatically renew.  Your protection will continue through the end of your current paid term. 

After cancelling your recurring subscription, your subscription will not have the Norton Virus Protection Promise.  Your protection will continue through the end of your current paid term.

Did you lose a month or did Norton Automatic Renewal Service take payment a month before current term expire. 
Users report Norton pulls recurring subscription payment usually about 30-45 days before current term expire. 
Norton sends an email (50 to 65 days prior to your renewal) with the price, term, and related details.
