Last year when I renewed my subscription, I believe I was over charged. I know that people on here have nothing to do with that so I won't ask for your help on this matter. What I would like to ask is, if I wanted to upgrade, which choice would I choose to do this. Under subscription it gives you 2 options: "Renew my subscription" and "I have already purchased a subscription and will type my Renewel Code in the spaces below". Would I choose one of these or go to another website to do this. thank you again!
