No "email with the renewal price, the billing date, and related details before any charge occurs so that you know it is coming" was sent before charging my PayPal account. I was expecting to see what I was purchasing and what it cost first before I paid.
My PayPal was charged a month early without notice!!!!
I don't want this to happen again. What is the solution? The solution is to follow through on how you state you will do the subscriptions.
