Subscription Status

   Well it is that time of year again. Your subscription is about to run out, RENEW NOW!!

My past experience is that if I RENEW NOW as NIS keeps telling me to that I will lose the

days left on my current subscription.
Is this still the case? If so Norton needs to either fix it so the days left
are added to the new subscription or NIS needs to warn people that adding a new
subscription will void the last days of your old subscription. It would be good
customer service to have the days added to your new subscription without having
to call Norton.
