Norton says that they want their customers to have agood experience.
I know this as I wrote to them complaining about the pricing policy. The reasoning was poor and does not stand up to scrutiny.
I do not know how that is possible when they are out to gouge existing customers.
Norton subscription renweal useing the "nag box" is oppoutunistic gouging of exisitng cusomers.
Simply put if you wish to use Norton, do not renew your subscription, buy the new product. You will save a bundle.
