Subscription

I paid for a new subscription but the antivirus program tells me that my prenumeration period is ran out. I have no ordernumber and I enter my emailadress and the four last digits on my bankcard.

When Symantec drew the money from my account there was obviously no problem, of course.

 

Now I want either my money back or a subscription. How do I proceed?
