Subscription

On behalf on my mother-in-law, I want to know how to contact Norton to cancel my automatic subscription. She doesn't use a computer any more, after moving over to a tablet, so does not need the product.

Since setting up the original Norton account, she has changed e-mail addresses multiple times, and now does not have access to the e-mail address used when creating the Norton account.

The only Norton account information I have is the last transaction id from her bank statement.

I have cancelled the payment authority at the bank, but I want to tell Norton that the next payment request will be rejected.
