Issue abstract: I would like to be able to email or text to proove that my subscription has NOT EXPIRED and doesn’t expire until Feb 2026. At present, i have no protection because you have deactviated my account. Your customer service appears to be non-existant.
I am suffering the same problem, indeed I have been invoiced three times, including in April this year, yet I am again reminded that my subscription is soon ending. You cannot reach Norton via contact as the contact format is a closed loop with no way of reaching the department you need.
