Subscriptions

I have automatic subscription. This should send an email to me and then automatically debit my credit/debit card. I have 4-days left on my subscription. I have not received a notification email, but have received pop-up messages. These start either with a Warning Triangle or a Subscription Renewal message. The Warning Triangle process route takes me to the Billing Payment page which requires me to recomplete all of my personal/billing details and offers the opportunity of joining the automatic renewal process through authorizing "Symantec to automatically charge the then-current renewal subscription fee (plus applicable taxes) to your credit or debit card without any additional action by you prior to the expiration of your product subscription" - er....but I already have this. The Subscription Renewal Page takes me to the Account Page. I have checked my Profile which is ok (although the Automatic Renewal tab disappears within a split second of landing on the page). There is no product to download, but following the Special Offers (grey box) I end up at the shopping cart and the same billing page as reached through the Warning Triangle! I did try to resolve this yesterday, but got little sense from the support service, except to confirm I have automatic renewal. Does anyone know what the answer is............is my credit/debit card going to be debited and I will get the 2012 Internet Security package, or the automatic renewal process is no longer functioning and I have to do everything manually???
