I bought a three licence Internet Security in February this year and last week my husbands computer crashed meaning he had to redownload Windows ten and some other software including Norton. When we tried to register it, it wouldnt accept the registration. I rang the help desk ans got no help at all from the person who told me I had to buy another licence. I told him I still had 233 days to go and that the licence used for Bob's computer was going to be reused on the same computer, just to reinstate the product which was lost. He told me that I could not do that - that I had to buy another licence. I really dont think that is fair. We are both pensioners and the product is expensive enough as it is to buy three licences, never mind not supporting a customer when they have had computer problems.
