I have one physical disk with logical partitions C: and D:. However, I have 5 more logical drives which I got with SUBST command and which are just pointers to directories at C: and D:. After NIS scan I see that files in SUBST drives are scanned again, although they were already scanned when C: and D: were scanned. If I put all my SUBST drives in just SCAN exclusion list (not AUTO PROTECT exclusion list), will that compromise security in any way?
