I just renewed my Norton 360 3-PC subscription, and it automatically updated my two working machines. But I have a third laptop registered, which is now no longer in use. How do I remove that laptop and substitute a new one?

just install the product on the new machine, and try to activate it.

As PapauZ says Customer Support can free up that activation and they can do this even if you do not want to use it immediately.
