I have Norton Famiy Online monitoring all of the computers my daughter uses, including her laptop as well as the home PC. I've done this for years. Suddenly, three days ago, although her computer still appears to be monitored, no information about what she is using on the computer is showing up on Norton and no alerts are getting through. I know she's on the computer, I can see her, I even chat with her from my laptop, but suddenly, there's nothing appearing. I've given her the password on occasion when she has needed it at school, though then I've changed it so she wouldn't have the new one. I checked her computer and i checked Norton, and it seems to be protecting and monitoring hers, but I no information is visible. Can you help me figure out why? And waht I can do to monitor her usage? Thanks very much.
