Sudden lose of Activated Status on my NMS 3.8

Hi! All,

 

For some reason my phone a Samsung Galaxy S3 (Android OS 4.4.2) no longer registers that I've already got a paid copy of the premium NMS 3.8 on board (it did have this displayed this morning and now all of a sudden after having my phone off because I was at work it's now not showing the premium version after being turned back on after work).  Instead it wants me to purchase the product again; not gonna happen.  I have two vailid keys that don't expire until Febuary 2015 and I expect to get the service.  I can even access the information thru the Norton Management website and it even it says that my phone should have the premium NMS running but on my phone it's not running at all.  To say that I'm upset is an understatement of the century; I'm beyond furious.  If I try to login again from my phone I'm instead taken to the Google Play store to re-purchase a product that was already purchased during a special promotional period on Norton's own website therefore it shouldn't need to be purchased again.  What happens to the users who purchase their product straight from Norton's website are they just screwed and have to re-purchase thru the phone's app store?  Interesting how this happened when I'm planning out my security product renewal; guess some re-thinking may have to be done.
