Switched to Norton 2 days ago. Now can’t access FB. Each time I have to uninstall and re install the app. Any suggestions?
Do you see any error message when you try to access Facebook?
What security software were you using before switching to Norton? Did you fully remove that software with their removal utility?
If you are using the VPN feature in 360, try turning that off when you try to access Facebook. A VPN does not block or filter any web content. It is the website you are trying to access that is probably blocking access from known VPN IP addresses. This is done for copywrite, legal or political reasons. There is nothing a VPN provider can or should do to bypass the site’s protection for its content.
