Suddenly today, I noticed that the Identity Safe icon that was added when ID safe for Firefox has disappeared from my system. In its place was the old Norton Toolbar with the 3 dots for Identity Safe. I have Norton 360 22.9..71 and the current versions of the ID Safe (2.0.65) and Norton Security Toolbar (2017.9.0.2). I am using Firefox 52.0.2
I opened a chat and of course ws told to uninstall and reinstall Firefox and use the NRT to remove and reinstall Norton Security. I knew this was BS, but after ending the chat and cursing profusely, I performed both actions. I KNEW it was BS and it was. So now I'm here asking what to do to get the new ID Safe icon back.
