Suggestion for NU 16 - Scheduled privacy sweeps *not* wipe context of open, active browser sessions.

Automatic privacy scans to *not* trash running browser sessions.

Automatic privacy scans which include browser data *terminate* and *erase all context from* running browser sessions, despite having checked "check for running browser" in the scan setup.

- First it's misleading. What's the point of checking for running browser if you're going to wipe everything anyway.

- Second, ideally it would skip, defer, or schedule for later cleanup of browser context, if it encounters a running browser.

I'm thinking of the user's intent here. Mine is to both keep a system clean of any history or other breadcrumbs when I'm not using it, and to, you know, use it. Having NU wipe out my browser session *and* context I have at the time kind of gets in the way of doing work.
