How about creating a forum that is specific to support and problems with the backup utility? There seems to be a lot of questions and issues concerning that product. Creating a separate forum would allow users (like myself) to search for answers more easlily.
I was referring to the N360 backup. My feeling is that it should have it's own forum due to the number of questions.
I couldn't find an answer as to why there were white arrows on a blue background on my .jpg icons. Even the live support person didn't know what they were for. (As a side note, I had another N360 issue that I required tech assistance. While the technician had control of my PC, I asked him/her if they knew what that was. He replied that they didn't and could only respond to issues dealing with N360. Fair enough.)
When I purchased additional backup, the arrows turned to a checkmark on a green background.
I *assume* that the arrows indicate that the file needs to be backed up, while the greed background indicate the file has been backed up. I have the download version and I couldn't find any information about this in any help files. Also, right-clicking on the icon didn't reveal any information about why there was an arrow or checkmark there. I expected to see someing the the Properties of the icon.
My point is that if N360 backup had it's own forum, perhaps nice-to-know information could be posted there. Because there is so much traffic about other N360 issues, the nice-to-know information isn't posted.

You cabn use the N360 forum indeed. It sure is a mayor part of N360
I see what the OP means. A lot of the posts in N360 does have to do with the backup program that it uses and it seems like many of the problems with it are still unanswered even in that section of the forum.
