Super kudos for amazing customer service!

I realize this is probably not the correct spot for doing this, but I can't find any support contacts other than for problems or complaints, and I just can't let this one go by without an appropriately huge display of gratitude to the tech support person who worked on my computer remotely for over an hour today and couldn't have been more friendly, professional, or helpful ... and in my seriously frustrated state, it was greatly appreciated!

 

So a big THANK YOU to Mr. Mohan Dhanapal for all your help today!! I have been dealing with tech support folks for about 30 years now, and your assistance definitely ranks right up there in the top 5 of all-time. :)

 

(If anyone can point me in the right direction for being sure that Mr. Dhanapal--and his supervisor-- see this note, I'd be very grateful.)
