SuperBug Why does VPN shut off when I am not using my computer?

Hey! this is a critical item for Norton to fix ASAP

1. The VPN connection should never arbitrarily shut itself down when computer sleeps/hibernates. 

2. The VPN should restart itself when user reactivates device (wakes device from sleep/hibernate).

Am not sure how long this bug has been around BUT it must be fixed!

Technically, this is not a bug. It is how Norton designed the VPN feature in 360. No idea why, and Norton is well aware of the many, many posts here about this.
