Terrible support , spent hours going around in circles , getting hung up on .

Cannot sign into account . New pc came with Norton installed , they say my account does not exist but send me renewal notices by e mail the one they say does not have a subscription .

I asked for an e mail address so I can make a complaint and they close the chat.

How do I get a real person to help me.
