If you're working with Official Norton Support then .... Thanks for your share?
Please note that Official Norton Support does not offer email support.
Maybe, Official Norton Support sent you an email requesting screen shot.  IDK.

Please note that >

opens my IMCE repository.

Thanks

I clicked on the links you provided, but I'm not sure I get the message. Did Norton push this pop-up?

Not sure if your comment was to me or not?

Here is the link I posted: Pop Up

@SharkyCA

Your posted link aka "Pop Up" calls my IMCE repository.   I asked Community Moderator to break the link in your opening post.   Maybe, on your side your posted link aka "Pop Up" calls your IMCE repository.
Please read your posted link and see community.norton.com, imce and ckeditor.

Today, I got a pop-up to renew my subscription that said it expired on Feb 1st. See the attached image. My subscription actually expires in late March. Did Norton create and push this pop-up?
