Does anyone know how to get in contact with Norton support,
I have been trying for days and get nowhere with the virtual assistant Kate
I have been with Norton for years and I am about to give up

When you can enter information for ‘Kate’, enter Agent please. That should get you connected to a real human.

Thanks Peterweb, Agent please did work, though “Kate” was reluctant to do so LOL. I got to a point where I was asked to click generate a code, I click this, and nothing happens - sigh

Typing “Agent” is excellent advice. It helped me ultimately find a phone number in Denmark +45 35 25 80 10.

On the page it said waiting time would be “apm 3 minuttes”, so that didn’t sound to bad. As I type this I have been waiting for 7 minuttes and I’m being told that waiting time is long! I suspect it might be forwever :wink:
