Typing “Agent” is excellent advice. It helped me ultimately find a phone number in Denmark +45 35 25 80 10.
On the page it said waiting time would be “apm 3 minuttes”, so that didn’t sound to bad. As I type this I have been waiting for 7 minuttes and I’m being told that waiting time is long! I suspect it might be forwever
