Hey guys,
Just installed NSW Basic v12....I activated the product...All fine and well...But, there is an issue:
I cannot see my subscription days anywhere, on the screen of NSW. Only that the product is activated....
When I log in my Norton Account, I see only the old NSW v11, with its registation key, product serial....and expiration date 7th of February 2009...
My new NSW v12...does not appear anywhere.....There goes my excitment for my new product...
Can anyone help me please?
