Issue abstract:Account was suspended due to VPN limits.
Detailed description: I’ve been trying to get my account reinstated but am getting nowhere with norton tech support. Is there a different avenue to take to resolve this issue?

@Gayathri_R We have yet another suspended account regarding a VPN usage violation. We need something concrete in a statement that tells customer why this is happening without any warning. Measures customers can take to prevent it and what limits are. Currently the only documentation is in the EULA where a “fair use” clause exists.
Doing the research I have done this in my view is being caused “server side” at the VPN service itself. Due to configurations that are far below par. Could someone Engineering please have a look? Thanks in advance.

To my surprise, a Norton rep called me this afternoon and, after I purchased a new license (purchase price was refunded immediately), my account was re-instated. I find it odd that the rep contacted me only a few hours after I was on the Bit Defender website and that such an “easy” fix existed but the problem took over three weeks to be resolved. My over twenty year loyalty to Norton’s products is no longer solid and chances are that I will not be a Norton customer for much longer.
