I am having to re-install Firefox twice a day! Message comes up “Auto-Protect Suspicious Cloud 9B”, then FF won’t run, just message box “Could not find Mozilla Runtime”
Then Norton message “Auto-Protect has removed Suspicious Cloud 9B”.
I look into quarantine and find xull.dll (Suspicious cloud 9B) is there, alongside a red warning about how dangerous this monster is 
So I completely remove all FF folders and re-install FF, and a while later the same thing happens.
I have a suspicion that it is when FF tries to update to a later version???
Any help appreciated - what can I do!?!
