I'm trialing NIS 2011 and I just can't understand one thing, hope someone will help me.
Few days ago I run Quick scan and nothing was found, then Full Scan and nothing was found.
But today Idle Time Full Scan finished and it found 14 items, they were all marked as Suspcious.Cloud.2 and Suspcious.Cloud.5.
They were all quarantined.
What I did was choosing Restore&Exclude for every one of them.
That's all fine.
When I scanned again those files they were not detected (however they were not detected first time, only Idle Time Full Scan found them).
Now, I have two questions :
1. Is Idle Time Full Scan different than normal Full Scan ?
2. Where can I see those exclusions and delete them if I want to do that ? (they are not in all three of exclusions parts of the settings)
