I have the virus Suspicious Cloud (xrwsoneacm.exe) on my computer.
Norton AntiVirus says it has found it and resolved the issue, but that is not the case.
When I am browsing the web and click on a URL (Firefox and IE) it takes me to the wrong URL.
Then it blocked me from accessing the internet.
Then I couldn't install the maleware detectors.
So I am now running in Safe Mode with networking.
I have downloaded Malwarebytes and it is scanning now. -- Done. attached log
I have attached the log from HijackThis. -- I am not sure what to do with this.
When I look at the Norton on my computer it says this is a new and a high level risk.
But when I search the web it shows that it is low risk?
I also keep getting the error message from Windows "Host process (Rundll32) has stopped working"
Is this related?
What are the next steps for removing the virus and what type of risk is this to my email and other files?
