wondering if anyone has heard of a Zone Pro Firewall associated with norton 360 ? helped a friend out today and got norton 360 installed on one of his pc's and then went to the other to download and install... pretty sure i was at a norton.com/setup site; got a big error notice that the download was successful but problem with the install.. chat box in lower right... i asked for remote assistance.. did a logmein session in which an east indian man ended up telling me i needed to buy Zone Pro Firewall for $250 in order for them to be able to effect a repair.. said it was due to 'foreign intervention software' at which i became even more suspicious.. but i looked at the address bar again and it said norton.com/setup ... ended things with the chat.... he did have the norton key and names from the remote.. have i messed up big time ?
