I am using Vista, IE9 and N360. I seem to have recently aquired an unwanted extension 'Sweet Pack'. It feels like something viral and is certainly a bug as it takes up most of my computer's attention for ages when it is turned on. Does anybody know about this? I cannot remove it on the 'Remove' section of Manage Extensions in IE (the option is disabled). Help it is driving me nuts!

Welcome,
What other methods of removal have you tried? A full scan with 360? the Norton Power Eraser? Something like Malwarebytes free scanner? Or even the one from SuperAntispyware?

SweetIM / Sweetpacks = AdwCleaner
Quads
Thanks. I'll give that a try and let you know.
