Norton 360 deluxe revision 25.2.9898 (version25.2.9898.919), OS: Windows 11 64 bit home
I did support this question months ago but did not get any answer.
How can you avoid that Norton 360 deluxe safeguards real time the usb connection when you connect an external device like a HD or usb stick?
In previous revision there was automatically the question if you wanted to trust the stick, also there was the option in settings to switch of real time protection for USB devices, or to indicate the device as trusted.
Since monts, after a update, both are gone. You cannot look it up in the online manual, because the manual still deals with the old interface. Also calling support is useless. Frfom the Dutch Norton helpdesk I did get the answer that they also do not have the steps based on the new interface. Norton is getting more and more expensive, but the Support sucks.
