Switching from private/restricted network to public... argh!

Hi.

I'm using a Windows 10 laptop with NIS, and I've been checking my security history on and off the last few days as I keep on getting the following messages:

Connected to a private network.

Connected to a public network.

Connected to a public network. (Teredo tunnel adapter(::0))

I just changed my network trust to "Restricted Trust Level" because I don't want those on my network accessing my laptop, but right after setting the Restricted , another message tells me Connected to a public network. (Teredo tunnel adapter(::0)).

Does this mean that my laptop and contents are visible to the whole world? It rather freaks me out seeing "connected to a public network" just after I chose the Restricted setting.

I'd really appreciate it if someone could help out and let me know step by step what I should do.

 Thanks,

Billie
