Switching to school time automatically once normal screentime is over

It's great that I can set overall screentime, and on/off time.  It's also great that I can set a schedule for school time.

however, in real life we need more flexibility.
Eg: let's take for example those days when my son is home for the whole afternoon.
let's say he's allowed to 1 hour entertainment on the PC. For the rest of the time he can use the PC only for studying.

Now, I don't want to set a fixed hour for studying vs gaming. Nor I want to be activating/ deactivating manually study vs entertainment modes.

In an ideal scenario, he would know that between 14 and 19 he has right to one hour of regular use (entertainement). Once that is over, he can only use study mode.

or , even better: he would be study mode by default, and decide himself when to unlock to regular mode. Regular mode would have a time limit, while study mode would not (or anyway would be a different limit). Once regular mode time is over, he would be left with study mode only.
(of course he could switch to regular only in the timeframe that was not block a priori by me, or anyway when I did not activate "hard" study mode).

of course it doesnt matter if you do not have exactly the fatures as I describe them here, as long as you can obtain a similar result.

with google's family link, for example, I  can set a daily screentime and I can mark certain app as "no limit" . Screentime is not calculated when using the no limit app. Which means that entertainment apps are locked once the daily time limit is reached, while the "no limit" app (which are basically equivalent to "study mode") can still be used.

Anyway to obtain anything similar with norton on the PC?
